2019 has been a terrific year for one Ms. Lili Reinhart! Professionally, the actress continues to turn heads as Betty Cooper in Riverdale while she also was amongst the scene-stealers in the Lorene Scafaria directorial, Hustlers, alongside Jennifer Lopez. Personally, the actress is in a serious relationship with her Riverdale co-star Cole Sprouse. Recently, Lili was named as one of the honorees in Time magazine’s 100 Next list alongside Camila Cabello, Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X and Noah Centineo.
One of the primary reasons for Reinhart’s inclusion in the list was because of her advocating about mental health and body acceptance. In a recent interview with Glamour, the actress got candid about battling through depression. “Depression has affected me in so many ways. It’s something that never goes away. I’ve experienced depression and anxiety. Not constantly, but I’m still experiencing it,” the 23-year-old actress shared and added, “I have spells of time where I feel completely unmotivated, I don’t want to do anything and I question myself. I don’t know how to handle stress very well. I find that talking about it and sharing my experience with other people, and reminding myself that I’m not alone has been incredibly therapeutic.”
That is indeed an honest confession by Lili Reinhart, who is impacting the younger generation in an extremely positive way!
Furthermore, while talking about her Hustlers co-star JLo, Lili shared that the 50-year-old actress had taught her the power of hustling. Reinhart stated that Jennifer had once said she was the hardest worker in the room and that she never stops. Similarly, Lili admires that sentiment and replicates it, because she feels to be at an advantage of being young in her 20’s and not having kids. Hence, the actress can put all her time and energy into her career.
