As the world and contestants from over 120 countries gear up for the most awaited Miss World 2018 competition, last year’s winner Manushi Chhillar is excited to relive her pageant days.
The beauty queen, who will soon visit China to crown this year’s Miss World, took to her Instagram account recently to share throwback pictures of her 2017 win.
The diva posted two back to back throwback pictures, thanking her designers – Falguni and Shane Peacock, her mentors – Natasha Grover and Rohit Khandelwal, and her friends, reliving the exciting journey.
For the first post, Manushi thanked her co-competitors and the pageant for giving her a memorable journey.
For the second post, in which she thanked her mentors, she wrote, “One of my favourite pictures from the night Who run the world I cannot thank you enough @naughtynatty_g for pushing me to my fullest potential. You have seen me right from the day I stepped on the ramp in Chandigarh for the Miss India auditions, to being crowned as the 67th Miss World.
Manushi’s win in 2017 was historic in so many ways, as she had brought home the Miss World crown after 17 years.
