The couple recently obtained a marriage license in the United States (US), reports People magazine. Priyanka and Nick stopped by the Beverly Hills courthouse last week to fill out the necessary paperwork.
In August, Priyanka and Nick confirmed their engagement during a trip to Mumbai, where their families gathered for festivities, including a Roka ceremony and a big engagement celebration.
Priyanka’s bridesmaids Mubina Rattonsey and Anjula Achari recently hosted a bridal shower for her at Tiffany’s Blue Box Cafe in New York City. It was attended by all her family members and close friends and the actor looked all excited and happy during the bash.
According to the grapevine, Nick and Priyanka will exchange garlands in Jodhpur. Their wedding will be a three-day extravaganza, starting from November 30.
The couple will have two different ceremonies, to honour each other’s faith. The couple will reportedly get married according to Hindu rituals on December 2, and a Christian wedding will follow closely on its heels.
Around 1500-2000 guests are expected to attend the Nick-Priyanka wedding. Salman Khan and his family, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Katrina Kaif, Farhan Akhtar and Siddharth Roy Kapur have reportedly been invited from the film fraternity.
